Stormsriver Adventures Imvelo 2010 Finalist

Stormsriver Adventures has again been nominated for a prestigious award! The company is a finalist in the 2010 Imvelo Awards.

The Imvelo Awards is in line with the Responsible Tourism guidelines for the South African hospitality industry and the UN World Tourism Organisation’s code of ethics. Imvelo is supported by the Heritage Environmental Rating Programme. The award is in its ninth year and has had made a huge impact on tourism in South Africa by creating awareness of environmental and positive socio economic management issues in the industry.

The Tsitsikamma Canopy Tour® has become a major attraction to the Garden Route and Eastern Cape. Pioneered by Stormsriver Adventures in 2001 the Canopy Tour® concept has expanded to Magaliesberg, Karkloof, Magoebaskloof, Drakensberg, and Swaziland, each an unique experience.
