The concept of budget operator is skewed when the jeeps (4x4's) are old and not working properly, when the food is disgusting and when your guides are not even experienced enough to spot any game. Spend a little bit more and find another tour operator. However, if you insist on Livingstone because the price points are attractive, please insist on Sam as your guide inside Kruger. He is the only saving grace for this company. I have done Kruger 4 times before and the first time with Livingstone. They are by far the worst tour operator. An accident waiting to happen.
